Impact Hub Basel leaves the Network

Impact Hub Basel is closing its doors – but what it stands for continues. After years of building community, creating impact, and learning together, the journey as an Impact Hub is coming to an end. While this chapter closes, the energy, knowledge, and relationships built will carry on in Basel and beyond.

Impact Hub Basel can be proud of their achievements: from grassroots collaborations to international programmes that touched lives far beyond our physical space. And although Impact Hub Basel is closing, each of its members will continue working on the topics they care deeply about: sustainability, community, inclusion, and social innovation in their way. Some of the projects initiated will continue in new forms or under new constellations, carried forward by dedicated partners and team members.

This moment also presents an opportunity to reflect on the broader picture: since its founding in 2005, the Impact Hub Network has evolved into a global community of over 500,000 Impact Makers across 120+ locations worldwide. With this growth has come a sharpened focus on cross-city collaboration and programming to advance the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), supporting Impact Makers through incubation, acceleration, and scaling efforts.
