UseUp is an app that helps waste less food at home. The user is encouraged to use the ingredients that need to be used most urgently and aims to find recipes that need little to no additional shopping. Over time, the user fills and maintains their virtual inventory, which enables the app to make more relevant recipe suggestions.
UseUp encapsulates the philosophy „buy less – waste less“. However, on top of that it offers inspiration to break free from cooking your staples over and over again. Win-win, right?
