Noam Suissa

Noam grew up in Freiburg and has lived in Constance, Düsseldorf and Tel Aviv before studying Sustainable Development at the University of Basel. After experience in Banking and Energy Sales, Noam reoriented his profession towards Sustainable Development.

The idea of sustainable development is directed to have a future orientation by taking into account many interdisciplinary aspects, among them future risk evaluations and intra- and intergenerational justice. The normative idea of sustainable development becomes particularly meaningful and effective in concrete settings where they are to be operationalized – and Noam spends his time in these settings supporting the Hub to promote the SDGs.

Noam is a hands-on problem solver and enjoys to support Impact Hub Basel with an innovative and positive attitude. Noam speaks English, German and Hebrew. In his free time, Noam loves to create new projects with friends, going for a run or doing yoga with his partner.
